Who are we?
We are a group of Christians from the Harrogate area who have put their trust in Jesus for our forgiveness and have committed together to follow Jesus and to tell others about him.
Our building is on the Jennyfields Estate at the North West side of Harrogate.
We have a varied programme shaped to help us to become more like Jesus & to share his love with the people around us.
We are affiliated to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches.

Meet the Team
In the New Testament church leaders are called elders. We have three elders who oversee and lead the church:
We also have 4 deacons. Deacons is a word that means ‘servant’. We encourage everyone to find a place to serve in the church and the deacons also have specific responsibility for important practical areas within the church.
Safegaurding
At JEC, the safety and well-being of all our members, especially children, young people, and vulnerable adults, is paramount. We expect all members and volunteers to share this commitment.

What We Believe
We are an evangelical church which means we believe & share the good news of Jesus found in the Bible, God’s word. We seek to base our lives on what the Bible says.
